Our agents meet with clients virtually through several platforms including Zoom, building long-term relationships, and helping families choose coverage that fits their needs.
Compensation
Our first-year agents average between $60,000 – $90,000, depending on performance. Tenured producers earn significantly more. Leadership opportunities, and incentive trips available paid for by the company, so get your passport ready!

Responsibilities
• Contact provided leads and schedule appointments
• Meet with clients virtually via Zoom and other platforms
• Explain and present customized insurance coverage options
• Help clients enroll in policies that meet their needs
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Work with leadership teams to grow your sales skills and business
Requirements
• Reliable computer and internet access
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License
