- Performing the Nursing Process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.
- Delivering relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to patient populations.
- Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education, making patient goals central to care plans.
- Coordinating and documenting safe, high-quality care while promoting teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Supporting performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.
- Serving as a preceptor or mentor to foster a qualified and professional nursing workforce.
- Participating in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.
- Associate's Degree in nursing required; Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred.
- Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS required upon hire.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant, recent acute care nursing experience.
