- Deliver direct patient care based on nursing assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and rights
- Maintain and update necessary certifications and licensure
- Follow established standards of practice and clinical guidelines
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensing
- BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be needed based on department
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical duties
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
