- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
- Coordinate safe, high-quality care and ensure timely documentation, fostering teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote best practices.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a competent, professional nursing workforce.
- Uphold organizational policies, clinical standards, and safety requirements, including regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS required upon hire.
- Minimum of 1 year recent, relevant acute care nursing experience.
