Seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a skilled team in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities Include

  • Evaluating residents' conditions and developing tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Relieving pain through exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching
  • Assisting residents with tasks and monitoring progress
  • Supervising physical therapy assistants
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring legal and professional compliance
  • Fostering teamwork within the healthcare team

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current New York State PT License
