Staff Pharmacist

Role Overview: This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, dispensing medications, administering immunizations, and counseling customers on healthcare needs, all while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and quality care by communicating effectively, following SOPs, and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance with legal, company policies, and healthcare standards, including billing, HIPAA, and safety protocols.
• Lead and model excellent customer service, resolving issues, and fostering a culture of trust and respect.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, identify business needs, and support organizational changes and process improvements.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent, with an active pharmacy license.
• Completion of accredited immunization training.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
