What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Cleaner/Cleaning Professional (W-2 Crew) position at Apex Facility Services LLC?
Apex Facility Services is an elite, female-owned commercial trade partner executing specialized post-construction final cleaning across major retail, medical, and institutional developments. We are rapidly expanding our field operations for a massive wave of local commercial project handovers kicking off this August! We are seeking 25 reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals to join our permanent local W-2 workforce roster.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute heavy construction dust extraction, high-dusting, and micro-wiping across commercial walls, partitions, and custom millwork.
Perform high-volume HEPA filtration vacuuming, floor neutralizing scrubbing, and mopping.
Detail commercial storefront glass facades, windows, and entry perimeters using safety razors and professional polishing gear.
Maintain 100% strict adherence to on-site OSHA safety standards and general contractor site rules.
Requirements:
Must be 100% reliable with dependable personal transportation to commute to local jobsites along the corridor.
Must display an absolute commitment to safety—all field personnel are required to wear mandatory PPE (Hard hats, steel-toe boots, and safety vests) on active jobsite slabs.
Physical stamina to handle continuous movement, bending, lifting, and detailed manual work on new construction sites.
Prior commercial cleaning, construction cleanup, or manufacturing field experience is a massive plus, but we will fully train the right candidates!
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
