Advanced Pro Cleaning, LLC is seeking an experienced commercial cleaning company or independent contractor to represent our company at one of our warehouse clients located in South Tempe, Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable contractor looking to secure guaranteed recurring monthly income while building a long-term business relationship with a growing commercial cleaning company. Contractors who consistently provide exceptional service may be considered for additional accounts as we continue expanding throughout the Phoenix market.

Contract Details

• Location: South Tempe, Arizona
• Facility Type: Commercial Warehouse Facility
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Porter)
• Average Time Per Visit: Approximately 1.5–2.5 hours (depending on experience and efficiency)
• Compensation: $1,250 per month
• Contract Type: Monthly Recurring Service Agreement
• Long-Term Opportunity: Additional accounts may become available based on performance.

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for contractors who:

• Have prior experience in commercial janitorial services.
• Own or operate an established cleaning business.
• Carry active General Liability Insurance.
• Carry active Workers' Compensation Insurance.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Maintain professional communication.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Are dependable and committed to showing up every scheduled service.
• Can professionally represent Advanced Pro Cleaning, LLC.

Daily Responsibilities:

Lobby & Entrance

• Clean interior and exterior entrance glass (up to 6 feet).
• Vacuum carpeted areas.
• Sweep and damp mop hard surface floors.
• Empty trash and replace liners.

Break Room / Common Areas / Warehouse Hallways / Loading Docks

• Dust mop floors daily.
• Mop designated floor sections daily (entire warehouse/common area completed weekly).
• Clean spills immediately.
• Clean and disinfect:
• Countertops
• Tables
• Chairs
• Sinks
• Coffee station
• Microwave (inside and outside)
• Exterior of appliances
• Clean warehouse washout sink using stainless steel cleaner.
• Vacuum carpeted areas.
• Restock soap and paper towel dispensers.
• Empty trash and replace liners.

Conference Room(s)

• Vacuum carpets.
• Sweep and mop hard floors.
• Clean and disinfect tables.
• Wipe light switches and remote controls.
• Empty trash and replace liners.

Manager's Office

• Vacuum carpets.
• Spot clean minor carpet stains as needed.
• Sweep and mop hard floors.
• Clean and disinfect all work surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.

Restrooms

• Clean and disinfect:
• Toilets
• Urinals
• Sinks
• Fixtures
• Floors
• Sweep and wet mop flooring.
• Restock soap and paper towel dispensers.
• Empty feminine hygiene receptacles.
• Empty all trash and replace liners.
