Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitization
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry services, and sanitation procedures to meet client specifications
- Manage janitorial duties including trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met
- Conduct outdoor cleaning tasks such as window washing, patio sweeping, and yard tidying when required
- Safely perform heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning equipment and supplies while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain excellent time management to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning results
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or related fields such as hotel housekeeping or custodial services
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care (buffing, waxing), sanitation practices, and outdoor maintenance
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical endurance
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple sites
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry services and housekeeper management is a plus
- Outdoor work experience preferred for tasks involving exterior spaces or yard maintenance
- Valid experience in hospitality or janitorial roles demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
