```Duties``` - Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and timely completion. - Review contracts and documents for accuracy and completeness. - Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to gather necessary information and resolve any issues. - Prepare and distribute necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, disclosures, and closing documents. - Maintain accurate records of all transaction details and update relevant systems or databases. - Monitor deadlines and ensure all necessary tasks are completed on time. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the transaction process. ```Experience``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry. - Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry. - Strong knowledge of escrow, underwriting, loan origination, loan processing, mortgage servicing, and fair housing regulations. - Familiarity with contract review and compliance. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in math calculations related to real estate transactions.
