With a focus on efficiency, integrity, and client success, we are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Paralegal to support our legal and transactional operations.
Position Overview:
The Paralegal will be instrumental in facilitating real estate transactions, managing due diligence, and ensuring compliance throughout the deal lifecycle. You’ll work alongside legal counsel, brokers, and executive leadership on a wide range of commercial property deals. This is a great opportunity for a skilled paralegal with a strong understanding of real estate law and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents including purchase agreements, leases, LOIs, and escrow instructions
- Coordinate and track all due diligence activities including title and survey review, zoning verification, and third-party reports
- Support with business entity formation and corporate governance documentation
- Manage closing checklists, timelines, and deliverables for multiple active transactions
- Communicate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct property, corporate, and regulatory research as needed
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant
