Responsibilities:
The Interactive Teller is responsible for accurately assisting members with their financial transactions on share and loan accounts as requested and providing information to members regarding membership, new accounts, loans, and all other services of the Credit Union.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional member experience through ITM technology
* Process member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing
* Utilize 'available' time efficiently, consistently adhering to availability, adherence to schedule and interaction goals
Requirements:
* High school education or equivalent GED
* Approximately one year of cash handling and customer service experience
