Key Requirements
- 10 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React
- Strong experience with AWS, OpenShift, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services
- Hands-on Technical Lead experience
- Expertise in Agile development methodologies
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Docker
- Experience with PostgreSQL, DB2, JPA, Hibernate
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, BDD/TDD
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and scalable, high-performance systems
Preferred Skills
- Kafka and event-driven architecture
- AI/ML awareness and application modernization concepts
- Federal or State Government project experience
- Section 508 compliance experience
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Pega, or Power Platform
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React
- Build scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions on AWS/OpenShift
- Develop and support REST and SOAP services
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with business, QA, and architecture teams in an Agile environment
