- Lead end-to-end AI project rollouts, including planning, execution, and delivery across business units
- Oversee administrative aspects of AI programs, including agent request intake, approvals, and governance processes
- Partner closely with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure adherence to organizational standards
- Track and report on AI usage, performance metrics, and overall adoption across the organization
- Develop and deliver training programs to support end-user adoption of AI tools
- Drive change management efforts to promote effective use of AI technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Support AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and other similar tools
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of AI-related processes
- Experience managing AI, automation, or emerging technology initiatives
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or comparable platforms
