yPartnering with a large-scale pharmaceutical capital program in Lebanon, IN to identify a Sr. Electrical Project Engineer. This is an owner's representative role on a greenfield API manufacturing facility currently in detailed design and early construction. This is not a design role; the right candidate is a leader and program manager first, with the electrical and systems knowledge to manage scope, guide junior engineers, and drive execution from the owner's side

- sInterface with EPCM partners, contractors, and vendors to drive execution and accountabilit
- yTrack electrical scope progress, identify risks early, and drive resolutio
- nCoordinate with other discipline leads — mechanical, automation, utilities, and C&Q — to ensure system integratio
- nParticipate in construction walkthroughs, progress meetings, and schedule review
- sSupport turnover documentation and handoff to commissioning and qualification team
- sReport progress and issues clearly to program leadershi
pWhat We're Looking Fo
- r10–15 years of experience in electrical project engineering or project management on large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical capital program
- sStrong owner's representative experience — you've sat on the owner's side and protected their interest
- sProven ability to manage and develop junior engineers — you're a leader and a coac
- hDeep understanding of electrical and E&I systems including high-voltage power distribution, lighting, controls, and automation — you don't need to design them, but you need to own the scop
- eFamiliarity with electrical system inspection, testing, and commissioning processe
- sExperience working in GMP or regulated manufacturing environment
- sStrong communication skills — comfortable presenting to program leadership and cross-functional team
- sAbility to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced capital execution environmen
- tOSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start
