Quality Manager (Aerospace)
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality organization within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and document control
- Manage and improve quality systems, processes, and metrics
- Oversee inspection activities, First Article Reviews, and supplier quality
- Serve as FAA/ODA point of contact and ensure AS9100 compliance
- Drive corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead internal and external audits
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering and operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 8 years in Quality, including 3 years in leadership
- Aerospace and/or medical industry experience preferred
- Strong AS9100 audit experience
- ERP experience (Epicor preferred)
- Experience working with aerospace components & systems
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 DOE
Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year
