Position Overview

Apache Workforce is seeking experienced CNC Fabricators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC fabrication equipment and producing high-quality sheet metal components, enclosures, and fabricated assemblies. Candidates should have experience interpreting blueprints, working with precision measurements, and safely operating fabrication machinery in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC fabrication equipment to produce metal components and assemblies

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Measure materials and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards

• Load and unload raw materials and completed parts safely

• Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, shears, turret punches, band saws, grinders, and related machinery

• Perform bending, cutting, punching, and forming operations on sheet metal materials

• Verify dimensions using measuring tools and gauges

• Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventative maintenance

• Maintain production records and communicate project status with supervisors

• Follow company quality procedures and safety requirements

• Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC fabrication experience

• Experience operating fabrication equipment in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and tape measures accurately

• Ability to work with fractions, decimals, and measurement conversions

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

• Forklift experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable work history and strong safety awareness

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods

• Manual dexterity required for handling tools and materials
