Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Missouri City, TX. This position is responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up with existing customers to support revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, responding to order and product questions, updating CRM records, and coordinating with production and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. The role also involves maintaining strong communication to support customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative supports long-term client relationships and upholds CNC Manufacturing’s quality-focused brand.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales skills with experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably a machine shop environment
- Demonstrated commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, including clear communication and timely follow-through
- Experience with Account Management to build, grow, and retain customer relationships
- Proficiency using CRM or sales management software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, email, ERP systems)
- Solid understanding of industrial, oilfield, or machining products, or willingness to learn technical product details
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work on-site in Missouri City, TX and collaborate with operations and production teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required
