AP Executive Staffing is partnering with a well-established industrial distribution organization to identify a General Manager who will lead overall branch operations and drive business performance. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for overseeing operations, customer service, warehouse functions, and supporting sales growth while ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and a strong team culture.
What You'll Do :
- Lead overall branch performance, including operations, customer service, inventory management, and financial results
- Develop and execute strategic business plans that support profitable growth
- Own branch P&L performance and key operational metrics
- Partner with executive leadership to drive business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with sales leadership to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and customer fulfillment
- Lead and develop managers across operations, customer service, and warehouse functions
- Ensure exceptional customer service, on-time delivery performance, and quality standards
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee development
- Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements throughout the organization
What We're Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Leadership experience within industrial distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related industry
- Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L performance
- Proven success leading teams and driving operational excellence
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications preferred
Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
