The Board of Directors is seeking a full-time Resident Manager for a Waikiki Condominium 385 unit residential building. The candidate must have a proven track record in on-site property management and have been or currently is a General Manager in a large condominium. Knowledge involving the day-to-day operation of a residential multi-unit high rise, have a comprehensive understanding of the mechanical operation of a building envelope, and the ability to handle a staff of 14 will be required. Prior experience negotiating with unions is desirable.
