We are looking for representatives to:
- Meet with clients (virtually) to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about different solutions
- Explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs
- Provide ongoing customer service to policyholders by addressing client inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing
- Build long-term relationships with clients by following up periodically to review their needs, update policies, and address any changes in their circumstances
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong work ethic
- Time management skills
