We are looking for smart, resourceful self starters who want to build a $1Million Life Insurance Agency in 12 months 100% remotely.
We will train the right candidate to be top producer in 30 days, with leads provided by the company, and world class training and mentorship. We will show you how to lead and build your own agency with life long residuals and overrides on your team's production. The candidates that are coachable, hard working and determined to succeed will make 6 figures in their first year.

Licensing & Requirements
- Active or obtainable Life & Health insurance license in your state of residence
- Required pre-licensing self-study courses (available at a discount through AIL’s approved education partner)
- State exam and licensing fees are regulated by each state and paid by the candidate
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
No prior insurance experience is required. Training and licensing guidance are provided.
