Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants
• Assist customers with rentals, move-ins, payments, and account questions
• Conduct virtual property inspections and maintain facility appearance
• Monitor security and ensure a safe environment for customers
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and video calls
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams as needed
• Help drive occupancy and customer retention
• Perform administrative and operational tasks to support our facilities
Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, property management, or self-storage is preferred but not required
