Facilities Operations Assistant
Anytime Storage is seeking a Facilities Operations Assistant to support our facilities and operations team in Longview, TX.
This role works closely with our Director of Facilities and Operations Coordinator to help manage maintenance requests, vendor relationships, facility projects, and day-to-day operational needs across our portfolio of self-storage properties.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate maintenance requests and facility work orders
• Obtain quotes from vendors and contractors
• Schedule repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Track open projects and ensure timely completion
• Communicate with facility caretakers, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist with property inspections and operational audits
• Maintain records, invoices, and project documentation
• Help ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and operating efficiently
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Proficient with computers, email, and Google Workspace
• Experience in facilities management, property management, maintenance coordination, construction administration, or operations is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
