We're looking for a dependable, motivated Skilled Laborer to join our team. This position primarily supports our electrical and plumbing departments, with occasional assistance on HVAC installations and service work. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that values quality over speed, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical installations and repairs.
- Assist plumbers with residential plumbing installations, repairs, and remodel projects.
- Perform demolition, material handling, digging, drilling, and job site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Occasionally assist with residential HVAC installations and related tasks.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable building codes.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or another skilled trade preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
