The primary duties of a Service Technician will include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, as well as installing and maintaining pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components. You will ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system. Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. If you have experience in the field but no current licensing in place, we can assist in the process.

Job Requirements:
- Previous plumbing service experience required
- Pre-employment background check

- Valid drivers license
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
