This role ensures customers receive outstanding service before, during, and after their projects are completed. The Associate continues to build trust by managing communications, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to represent the company’s Win, Win, Win values in every interaction.
