Precision Plumbing, Heating & Air is a residential plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical service company based in Boulder, Colorado and has been in business since 1982. We are looking to bring on several full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience can provide opportunities for higher pay and management opportunities! Paid training included. We have a on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.

The primary duties of an HVAC Tune-up Technician are being responsible for maintaining and optimizing the performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Their primary duties include inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing HVAC units to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability. They perform routine tasks such as cleaning or replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating moving parts, and calibrating thermostats. The technician also conducts system tests, monitors performance, and makes adjustments to improve airflow and energy efficiency. Additionally, they communicate with customers about system conditions, provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades, and promote preventative maintenance to extend the life of the equipment. Their work helps prevent system failures, enhances comfort, and reduces energy costs for clients.
