Job Overview
As an Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting customer interactions daily via phone and email, presenting service options, and promoting our high-quality standards. You'll use call management software to document interactions and collaborate closely with the operations team at locations you will support.

Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Ability to work effectively with operations teams, customers, and team members
- Multi channel outreach experience (text, email, and phone) with high quantity of daily touches
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required
