Position: Genesys Tech Lead

Location: Carry, NC & Clarks Summit, PA (Hybrid Model)

Job Type: 12 Months Contract

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience required.
  • IVR Design & Call Flow development, including secure flow & bots.
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads.
  • Genesys PureCloud CTI Genesys.
