We are looking for a high-level Customer Service Lead who doesn't just "book calls," but understands the mechanics of the trade.
The Role
This isn’t an entry-level position. Your goal is to maximize our technicians' efficiency while providing the best service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10 Years of Industry Experience: You must have an advanced level understanding of Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling service requests.
- Expert Troubleshooting: Use your 10 years of industry knowledge to vet incoming calls, estimate timeframes accurately, and provide initial guidance to customers.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with industry dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, ServiceFusion or similar) is a must.
- Strategic Dispatching: Manage the daily schedules and ensure the right tech is sent to the right job based on skill set and location.
- Logistics Management: Adjust schedules on the fly as emergencies arise, keeping technicians informed and customers updated on ETAs.
- Workflow Optimization: Maintain our dispatch software (CRM) with precision, ensuring all permits, notes, parts orders, and follow-ups are documented.
