In this role, you will serve as the first voice clients hear. You’ll take incoming client calls, monitor email tickets, and respond, prioritize, and schedule client service requests. You’ll conduct an initial intake analysis with clients, asking questions to understand their situation and urgency, and set expectations on expected turnaround times. You’ll monitor the open tickets to ensure timely response and verify service level agreements (SLAs) are met. This is an in-office, full-time position located in Jacksonville, Florida. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week after completion of a probationary period.

Must Haves
- Experience working in an office setting handling and prioritizing varying tasks and responsibilities
- Tech savviness – basic understanding of computers, unafraid of technology
- Ability to proactively follow and stay on top of procedures; drive and determination to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service
- High school diploma
