We are looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join school teams throughout Indianapolis, Indiana!

We have a variety of school-based SLP opportunities available, serving students from Pre-K through high school. Position Overview

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students while working closely with teachers, families, and other members of the school team. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication, academic, social, and functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or small-group speech and language therapy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and IEP goals
• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Communicate with families and school staff regarding student needs and progress
• Support students in developing functional communication skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Appropriate Indiana SLP licensure/certification
• ASHA certification or eligibility preferred
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with students and helping them reach their full potential
