AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative high school team in Ellicott City, MD. In this role, you'll support students in grades 9–12, including those in Autism and life skills programs, helping them build communication skills that promote greater independence, confidence, and success beyond graduation.
This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys collaboration, values strong clinical support, and has an interest in working with students who use AAC and other specialized communication systems.

What You'll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services to high school students with diverse communication needs
- Evaluate students and complete speech-language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
- Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and significant communication needs
- Utilize and program AAC systems as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, families, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other related service providers
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings while ensuring compliance with district and state requirements

Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Ability to work onsite in Ellicott City, MD
Preferred
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Previous school-based experience
- Experience supporting students with significant communication needs or life skills programming
