Role Overview
Ant International is seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Senior Business Development Lead to join the Ant US team. This strategic role is dedicated to breaking into the AI vertical, specifically focusing on landing and scaling global strategic accounts. You will own the entire lifecycle of global account development—from initial prospecting and solution design to high-stakes contract negotiations and international launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Penetration: Actively prospect and secure "anchor" clients within the AI ecosystem, including foundation model providers, AI infrastructure firms, and high-growth AI-native platforms.
- Consultative Solutioning: Diagnose complex global payment challenges unique to AI businesses (e.g., cross-border scaling, high-volume micro-transactions) and architect optimal solutions leveraging Ant International’s platform.
- Global Account Ownership: Serve as the primary client-facing executive, leading internal cross-functional squads (Product, Tech, Legal, and Marketing) to deliver seamless, multinational payment integrations.
- Deal Architecture: Independently manage a robust pipeline, navigating complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers and negotiate comprehensive, multi-market commercial agreements.
Key Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: 5 years in a high-impact, client-facing sales or BD role, with direct experience in the AI industry. You should understand the commercial nuances of how AI companies operate and scale.
- Proven Execution: A consistent track record of closing complex enterprise deals and managing long-cycle global sales processes.
- Strategic Leadership: Strong business acumen with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and determine the "next best action" in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Technical Agility: A fast learner with a genuine interest in emerging technologies, capable of translating Ant International’s product features into clear, high-value propositions.
- Global Mindset: Experience working within multi-cultural and multinational teams, with the flexibility to manage interests across multiple time zones and regions.
- Education: Undergraduate degree or higher.
Salary : $200,000 - $270,000
