What You'll Do:
- Move between departments (assembly, welding, fabrication and coating.)
- Step in where the team needs you most-every day is different
- Help keep production running at full speed
- Build and handle high-quality commercial furniture
- Keep your area clean, safe, and efficient
- Someone who shows up on time, every time
- Fast learner with a strong work ethic
- Team player who can jump in and help anywhere
- Manufacturing experience is a plus-but we'll train the right person
- Able to lift, move, and stay active throughout your shift
- Competitive pay steady hours
- 4 day work weeks (Monday thru Thursday 6am-4pm, if overtime, done on Friday 6am-2pm)
