Production Team Member- starting at $18/hr with a $1,000 sign on bonus

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Worker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is vital in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

• 4-Days a week (Monday-Thursday, with overtime done on Friday's. Weekends off.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Report any malfunctions, safety issues, or defective products to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or storage.
• Record production data and complete necessary paperwork.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
  
  
  

Work Environment:

• May be exposed to loud noises, machinery, and varying temperatures.
