Responsibilities:
- Manage IT budget for the company across all departments and locations, constantly looking for ways to reduce cost without impacting employee or customer experience.
- Identify and develop or manage the development projects of technology solutions that improve user or customer experience while mitigating risk and controlling costs.
- Manage and mitigate company IT risks - system downtime, servers and individual machines.
- Manage 3rd party providers setting clear expectations and holding them to deadlines and cost.
- Identify future potential IT needs of the company including annual IT capital budget and potential needs in next 3-5 years.
- Provide setup, support, and training related to software, printing functions, audio/visual needs, video conferencing and similar requirements as needed.
- Understand how technology drives business performance and make recommendations based on impact to company net income.
