As a Project Manager, you are the bridge between commercial ambition and technical reality. You will ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee diverse projects (Bulk, On-Site, PG, and E&I) from technical offer to handover.
- Business Support: Partner with commercial teams during the development phase to ensure cost accuracy and technical feasibility.
- Operational Excellence: Manage project scope, lead times, and budgets while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Safety Leadership: Promote and support a culture of "Safety First" across all sites and installations.
- Continuous Improvement: Challenge established practices to drive efficiency and innovation.
What You Bring:
- Education: Academic or Professional Master’s/bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electromechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Strong background in engineering, project methodologies, and maintenance activities.
- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of industrial gas processes, physical properties, and technical regulations.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace, SAP, and Telemetry applications (AutoCAD is a plus).
- Communication: Very good written and spoken English and Dutch
- Mindset: A team player with strong leadership skills and a willingness to travel.
