What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Controller position at Anotech?
Anotech Energy provides engineering, consulting, and workforce solutions to support major energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects worldwide. Our team is currently looking for a Document Controller to support a large-scale wind energy project. This role will be responsible for managing, tracking and maintaining quality related documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely distribution across the project.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize quality documentation, including procedures, reports, inspection records, and quality dossiers
- Ensure documents are reviewed, approved and distributed in accordance with project requirements
- Track document revisions and maintain version control within DMS
- Support compilation and submission of quality dossiers and turnover packages
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure timely document flow
- Perform regular audits to ensure document compliance with project and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Located within Texas, preference to greater Houston area
- 5 - 10 years' experience in Document Control within wind projects
- Wind and turbine experience is required
- Familiarity with quality documentation processes and systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
