Job Overview
We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to write content, post blogs in WordPress, improve on-page and off-page SEO, build authority through links, and help drive revenue through monetization and affiliates. This is a part-time role, 20-25 hours a week that can grow to potentially full-time based on performance. This is a great for opportunity for extra income!
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, SEO-focused content and publish blogs in WordPress
- Perform keyword research (SEMrush/Ahrefs/Google Keyword Planner)
- Optimize all posts for on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2s, URLs, image alt text, formatting, etc.
- Manage internal linking, external linking, and overall site link structure.
- Identify content gaps through competitor research.
- Support monetization efforts through optimized content layouts, affiliate links, and ad-driven growth.
- Track performance with Google Analytics and Google Search Console and make data-driven improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end SEO initiatives, including strategic planning, execution, and ongoing optimization.
- Proven background in SEO
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept with SEMrush or similar SEO tools.
- Proficient in working with WordPress.
- Expertise in researching and crafting innovative online content aimed at growth and monetization.
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Background in finance.
- Experience utilizing Grammarly, ChatGPT, or other AI tools to enhance writing quality.
- Familiarity with various affiliate programs.
