We have an opening for a Clinical Psychologist  for Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), Washington, DC

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions (including anger management, impulse control, behavioral health advocacy, and grief/loss counseling) using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and update plans as needed in collaboration with supervisees and CSOSA staff.
• Facilitate group sessions in accordance with established curricula; ensure group size does not exceed 10–12 participants as required.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with CSOSA protocols, including progress notes, treatment plans, attendance records, discharge summaries, and required reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and staffings as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Respond to psychological emergencies, provide crisis intervention, and follow all procedures for urgent situations, including coordination with CSOSA and emergency services.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and CSOSA policies regarding privacy, security, and ethical practice (including HIPAA and the Privacy Act of 1974).
• Comply with all security and conduct standards while working at CSOSA facilities, including identification badge requirements and adherence to government regulations.
• Support quality assurance activities, participate in clinical supervision, and engage in ongoing professional development as required by CSOSA.
• Represent findings and provide expert input before appropriate judicial or administrative bodies if requested.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited graduate program.
• Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice clinical or counseling psychology at the doctoral level in the District of Columbia or any U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth.
• At least five years (within the last seven) of verifiable work experience as a licensed psychologist specializing in counseling or clinical psychology, working with justice-involved populations.
• At least five years (within the last seven) of verifiable experience providing both group and individual therapy to justice-involved populations.
• U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization.

Additional Requirements:
• Successful completion of all CSOSA and federal background checks.
• Completion of all required CSOSA security, confidentiality, and information security/privacy training prior to commencing work.
• Willingness to work on-site at CSOSA facilities and comply with all agency policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
