General Manager

We are a well-established, high-volume hospitality operation in Chicago seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, people, and performance. This role is ideal for a strong hospitality leader who has a proven track record of running busy service environments and takes real ownership of results.

This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone who understands what it takes to lead teams, maintain high standards, and execute consistently under pressure.

The General Manager is responsible for overall operational performance, team leadership, and guest experience. You will work closely with ownership and senior leadership while serving as the primary on-site leader.

• Lead, train, and hold staff accountable to clear standards
