Job Summary
We are currently looking for a dedicated, full-time, data entry associate.
This role requires ability to use Excel, Outlook, and enter in orders through our system. Attention to detail for shipping locations and various size/color combinations is required.
Qualifications and Skills
Core competencies would include general computer expertise, high reading and typing speeds, general systems comprehension, and the ability to critically think to interpret/decipher the orders.
Ability to multi-task along with managing inbound orders, working with a cloud-based CRM, and ability to collate and prioritize orders.
- Organized and very detail oriented.
- Ability to check off order online.
- Extensive knowledge of computer operations
- Reading, entering, and interpreting work orders
- Visual check of insert design per order
