The Digital Marketing Associate will support Anodyne’s growth strategy across both consumer and B2B channels. This includes supporting initiatives that drive direct to consumer revenue while also assisting with digital and offline marketing programs that generate new provider and referral leads.
This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys working across eCommerce, digital marketing, content, and brand storytelling in a fast growing environment.
The Digital Marketing Associate will contribute across eCommerce, paid media, social media, email marketing, content creation, affiliate partnerships, provider marketing, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities
D2C Growth & eCommerce
- Support tracking and reporting against revenue and performance goals for Anodyne’s direct to consumer business
- Assist with day to day management of the eCommerce website, including merchandising, content updates, SEO, and UX improvements
- Help support website testing and optimization initiatives focused on conversion and customer experience
- Assist in improving the customer journey from acquisition through retention
Paid Media & Acquisition Marketing
- Monitor and generate reports for paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other digital platforms
- Help consolidate reporting into unified dashboards and performance summaries
- Assist with affiliate marketing and customer acquisition initiatives
- Support testing of new advertising channels and campaign opportunities
Brand, Content & Storytelling
- Support Anodyne’s consumer facing and provider facing brand presence across digital channels
- Coordinate and project manage creative assets including copywriting, photography, video, email, and social content
- Assist with blog, educational, and SEO focused content updates
- Help ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms
Email, SMS & Lifecycle Marketing
- Assist with development and execution of email and SMS campaigns for consumers and providers
- Support automated lifecycle marketing flows including welcome, cart abandonment, reorder reminders, and provider education campaigns
- Help manage CRM segmentation, campaign scheduling, and reporting
B2B Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Support provider focused landing pages and digital campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and referral partners
- Assist with provider email outreach, educational campaigns, and re engagement efforts
- Help coordinate development of provider facing collateral including brochures, sell sheets, and presentations
- Support digital lead generation initiatives designed to capture and qualify new provider leads
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, growth marketing, or related roles
- Familiarity with paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital reporting
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Interest in content creation, storytelling, and brand marketing
- Experience working with consumer brands, healthcare, wellness, footwear, or lifestyle products is a plus
- Data driven mindset with strong attention to detail
