This role combines hands-on clinical treatments with client education and will play an integral part in maintaining our high standards of safety, results, and service.You will conduct consultations, recommend personalized treatment plans, and deliver services while staying informed on current technologies, protocols, and skincare trends.FLSA StatusNon-exemptDuties & ResponsibilitiesDeliver aesthetic and laser treatments in alignment with licensure, certification, and advanced training, including laser services, customized facials, chemical peels, and body treatmentsConduct comprehensive consultations, including skin analysis, goal setting, and development of personalized skincare and treatment plans in collaboration with aesthetic injectorsProvide clear, thorough pre- and post-treatment guidance to support optimal outcomes and patient satisfactionMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and charting in accordance with practice standardsRecommend and educate patients on appropriate products and treatment pathways that support long-term skin health goalsUphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, infection control, and device operationSupport clinic initiatives including service launches, promotions, and membership programsContribute to clinic performance by meeting individual and team-based revenue, utilization, and retail goals, and actively participate in monthly performance reviews, goal tracking, and continuous improvement discussionsStay current on industry trends, evolving treatment protocols, and advancements in laser and device technologyPerform other duties as assigned in support of clinic operations and the overall patient experienceRequirementsActive Florida Esthetician LicenseMet and can demonstrate completion of Florida specific training and examination requirements to provide laser- and light-based hair removal servicesMinimum of one year of experience providing aesthetic and/or laser services as a licensed estheticianPreferred QualificationsExperience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting, including medical spas, dermatology practices, or luxury spa environmentsPhlebotomist certification recognized in state of FloridaStrong client communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term rapportProfessional presentation and a commitment to confidentiality in all client interactionsAbility to follow medical protocols, safety standards, and treatment guidelinesFlexibility to work rotating weekend schedulesPhysical RequirementsProlonged standing during treatment servicesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds (equipment/boxes)Ability to work with various devices, tools, and equipment safelySchedule: Open to part-time or full-time (Minimum 3 days/week, some Saturdays required)Compensation: Hourly Commission DOE
