We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient Pediatrics to join our dynamic clinic team in Great Falls, Montana. This role is responsible for providing professional nursing care to clinic patients, following established standards and practices. The RN will assist providers and staff in coordinating patient care and will serve as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers. You will have the opportunity to lead a team, providing direction to LPNs, CNAs, and schedulers, while receiving guidance from providers, coordinators, and clinical managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to clinic patients according to established standards and best practices.
- Coordinate patient care and assist providers and staff in managing patient needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers to ensure smooth communication and high-quality care.
- Provide direction and supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and schedulers.
- Collaborate closely with providers, clinical managers, and coordinators to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Assist with any other clinical duties as needed.
Education & Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Montana.
- Continuing education requirements in compliance with state and federal licensure standards.
Experience:
- Preferred: Previous experience in a clinic setting is highly preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Valid RN Licensure in Montana.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Proficiency in basic nursing principles and procedures.
- Excellent keyboard and basic office skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
