ANIX Valve USA is a factory-backed industrial valve manufacturer and stocking supplier based in Houston. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a motivated Sales Support Assistant to join our growing team.
This is an entry-level opportunity with strong career growth potential. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the industrial PVF industry.
Work Location
Full-time, on-site position at our corporate office in Stafford, TX
Candidates must be able to reliably commute
This is an inside sales role (no remote work)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in developing and expanding new accounts
- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential customers
- Build and manage a pipeline of sales leads
- Generate new business opportunities through cold and warm outbound calls
- Assist with email marketing and outbound prospecting efforts
- Provide support for inside sales activities and customer service
- Assist with trade shows and industry expos
- Maintain and update customer records, activities, and leads in CRM
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills
- Entry-level candidates with some sales experience preferred
- Sales Experience in Industrial Valves and Actuators is a plus.
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable making outbound calls
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a strong work ethic
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
