As Kennel Department Leader, you will oversee kennel operations while maintaining the highest standards of animal care. Responsibilities include:

- Leading, training, and mentoring kennel staff
- Coordinating schedules and workflow for daily boarding care (feeding, walking, cleaning, monitoring)
- Ensuring clean, sanitary, and safe kennel environments
- Assisting with bathing and basic grooming services (nail trims, ear cleanings, anal gland expression)
- Supporting veterinary staff with safe pet handling and comfort care
- Monitoring pets for changes in behavior or health and addressing concerns promptly
- Promoting a positive, professional team culture
This is an active, fast-paced leadership role requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for animals.

🕒 Schedule Requirements
- Full-time (35–40 hours per week)
- Shifts between 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Dependability and flexibility are essential
