As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally and courteously.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Perform data entry and update office databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software.
